Aaron Smith, EP Lead Trainer I have a B.S. in Exercise Science from East Carolina University.  Upon entry to college I spent two years in the athletic training department learning about sports injury rehab before I found my passion to be in athletic development rather than rehabilitation.  I began as an intern with Explosive Performance in January of 2006 and have stayed on ever since.  Along with the background I have in strength development I have since learned a great deal about speed, agility, and quickness training which is vital in getting athletes to the next level whether it be in high school, college or the pro ranks.  I myself have a football and baseball specific background but have had experience through the course of my career training all sports such as soccer, lacrosse, basketball, tennis, swimming, and softball among others.  I enjoy working with very motivated individuals who are willing to put in the extra time to reach their goals, whether it’s to be a better athlete or just to get in better physical condition.  asmith2@shcorp.com
