This
program is training for the advanced youth athlete. EP
Specialized is a modified, scaled down version of EP Elite.
Perfect for the young athlete with the desire to compete and
advance to the next level.
We
created EP Specialized to cater to the serious young athletes
not old enough for EP Elite.
Where the concept is exactly like EP Elite, the exercises are
catered to the younger athletes muscular structure and athletic
ability.
We are able to provide extra individualized attention to each
athlete, due to the fact we take a maximum of 8 athletes in each
group.

Duration: 90 - 120 minutes
Sport-specific SAQ, Sport-specific strength, Core stability,
balance/interval training, flexibility work, Basic explosive
jump, ACL Program (female athletes)
