is where is all started in 1997 when Rob Rose began his
first open Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) session. The
focus on form and technique, sport specific drills along
with a knowledgeable, friendly staff made EP grow
significantly every year.
EP SAQ focuses on how to help each individual athlete
maximize their performance and become the best athlete
possible.
This
progressive sport-specific program is designed for any
male or female athlete. EP SAQ will improve speed,
agility, quickness, vertical jump, core and joint
stability, strength, confidence and much more.
