This is where is all started in 1997 when Rob Rose began his first open Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) session. The focus on form and technique, sport specific drills along with a knowledgeable, friendly staff made EP grow significantly every year.

EP SAQ focuses on how to help each individual athlete maximize their performance and become the best athlete possible.

 

This progressive sport-specific program is designed for any male or female athlete. EP SAQ will improve speed, agility, quickness, vertical jump, core and joint stability, strength, confidence and much more.
