created EP Elite for two main reasons:
1. To advance our current clientele who needed additional
challenges and intensity.
2. To create a program ideal to prepare athletes to play the
rigors of college or pro athletics.
EP Elite combines the proven EP SAQ program, increases its
intensity then adds sport-specific strength training, and tops
it all off with advanced core stability, balance training,
interval work and flexibility. This is the most complete and
beneficial sport-specific program for any athlete.
